Micheal started learning denture fabrication on the weekends while at high school. He completed a Diploma in Dental Technology in 1994 and worked as dental technician in the Brisbane CBD for 6 years. He operated his own dental laboratory servicing the local dentists from Oxley, Middle Park, Kenmore, Jindalee and Bellbowrie. Upon completing an Advanced Diploma in Dental Prosthetics, he served the general public, pensioners, independent-living and nursing-home residents with his own denture clinic for 12 years.
Cheryn has been a receptionist at many different dental practices over the years. With a Bachelor of Graphic Design, she keeps the administration side of things running smoothly at Ozzie Dentures.
Cindy He has been working in the dental field since 2021, starting out as a Dental Assistant at a dental surgery with an in-house dental laboratory. It was there that she found inspiration in the more hands-on, creative side of the dental industry.
This interest led her to study a Bachelor of Dental Prosthetics in 2023, allowing her to combine both aspects of allied dental health. Cindy enjoys working closely with patients, using her skills to create personalised dental appliances. One of the things she enjoys most about dental prosthetics is being able to rebuild a smile with different shapes, sizes and colours of artificial teeth to create a natural looking result.
Cindy enjoys seeing her work come together at the final denture fitting appointment, where she can see the improvement on the patients smile. For Cindy, it’s rewarding to see a happy patient; a process that started at the laboratory bench.
Ozzie Dentures is located in Darra and is easily accessible from Ipswich Road and the Centenery Highway. Our parking access is from Archerfield Road and we offer disabled parking.
